The fourth “Ulaanbaatar Dialogue on Northeast Asian security”, which was held on June 15-16th, 2017, rounded up more than 170 domestic and international scholars and government officials from the United States, Canada, Germany and France. The dialogue used track 1.5 level for the first time gathering both government officials and scholars of the region as well as the representatives of international organizations. The increasing number of delegates and organizations in the event was an indication of Ulaanbaatar Dialogue’s affirmation as a regional platform for open talks.
